CoLABOR 2025 Conference: “Socioeconomic Dynamics, Work and Local Power”

In 2025, CoLABOR will host the 6th edition of the CoLABOR Conference, under the theme "Socioeconomic Dynamics, Work and Local Power". The event aims to be a space for reflection, sharing and debate on the major challenges that currently shape the world of work, public policies and territorial development in Portugal.

Starting with the presentation of the TEPS 2025 publication – “Work, Employment and Social Protection” – as well as other products developed by CoLABOR, this initiative aims to promote an informed analysis of labor and social dynamics in Portugal, highlighting the role of data and empirical evidence in the formulation of public policies.
In this context, digital tools developed by CoLABOR to support understanding of local realities and existing social responses will be presented, essential for supporting informed and strategic decision-making.

The program will also include a reflection on the role of work and public policies in combating poverty, the challenges of integrating the immigrant population into the labor market, and the relevance of local government as an engine of social and economic transformation.

The event is free to attend, but registration.
