Pedro Estêvão was born in 1975 in Lisbon and holds a degree in sociology, currently pursuing his doctorate in the same field. He also has two postgraduate qualifications in statistics and data analysis, and certified training in negotiation and conflict mediation, as well as in geographic information systems. His professional career includes participation in various studies evaluating educational and social policies, as well as scientific projects on the effects of the economic crisis in these same areas. His current academic interests focus on the areas of labor, social protection, trade unionism, and social dialogue.
