CoLABOR was present at the Kickoff Meeting of the FUTOURWORK project

CoLABOR participated in the launch of the FUTOURWORK project - Improving Tourism and Hospitality Worker Well-being Through Social Dialogue, which took place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between January 28 and 30, 2025.

This project aims to strengthen social dialogue in the Tourism and Hospitality (T&H) sector, promoting decent work, equality, and well-being. Key areas of intervention include addressing the challenges of digitalization, improving working conditions, and supporting union strategies.

One of the main expected outcomes of the project is the creation of an Observatory whose mission will be:
• To support workers in understanding their rights;
• To strengthen the sector's regulatory instruments;
• To develop a benchmark for well-being and best practices;
• To contribute to improving employment conditions in the sector.

 FUTOURWORK is funded by the Horizon Europe program and brings together an international consortium that includes, in addition to CoLABOR, the Lusófona University (Portugal) and research institutions from Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania, the United Kingdom and Greece.
