Summary
The COCAG project - Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance - is a cost-effective initiative that brings together academics from across Europe and other countries to explore how careers are changing in the contemporary world and what responses are needed in terms of public policies and current practices.
The research questions aim to: (1) Understand the challenges and changes occurring in careers in the contemporary world? (2) How can policymakers respond to the contemporary challenges facing individual careers? (3) How can career guidance practice adopt a more critical stance to address the changing world more effectively?
COCAG promotes debate and cooperation among researchers, encouraging publications, new research directions, and the communication of results to policymakers and professionals.
