Summary
Monitoring the implementation of the Hybrid Telework Model at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa is part of the study's protocol and aimed primarily to deepen the understanding of the impact of technology on working conditions and workers' rights. In this context, the implementation of a hybrid work regime combining in-person work days with telework was monitored by a large multi-sector employer. The study sought to assess occupational permeability to telework and its impacts on working conditions, particularly on political-organizational and socio-labor structures, as well as on social interactions and collective work relationships, following a participatory and inclusive approach.
