CoLABOR is currently recruiting a Research Technician for the ManaGENDER project - Gender inequalities in management professions, coordinated by Frederico Cantante and funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), reference 2023.15326.PEX.
This project aims to analyze gender inequalities in access to management positions and remuneration for such professions, as well as to determine the social, economic, and institutional factors that frame these phenomena. To this end, an analysis combining quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches will be developed.
The application period runs from June 1st to June 15th.
