Abstract:
AI4PA is a Digital Innovation Hub with the mission of supporting the digital transformation of Public Administration. As a Digital Innovation Hub, AI4PA encompasses a collaborative network that includes centers with specific digital expertise. These centers are organized to support the digital transformation of public administration through the use of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and other innovative technologies. The main objectives are to enhance the effectiveness of public policies, improve the quality of public services, strengthen central, regional, and local public administration, and assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by offering digital solutions tailored to their specific needs. Within this context, CoLABOR focuses its activity on two specific areas: evaluating the social impacts and ethical implications associated with the implementation of new digital solutions in public services and offering support to the governance of processes related to the digital transition of public administration.
