Summary
Analysis of a database relating to the rulings of the Administrative Courts of Appeal between 2018 and 2022, with a view to identifying characteristics of the proceedings – such as types of action, taxes and taxpayer or the existence of interest – and regularities relating to the duration of the proceedings, the position of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the meaning of the rulings. Work carried out for IDEFF as a service provision, with its results to be used in the project "Tax Litigation in Portugal: Legal and Empirical Assessments".
